Life is like a journey. It can be as difficult or as easy as you make it. We are our own creators. It is similar to creating a movie only we play it out every day. It only takes one small incident to change your whole life path. It could be someone you meet, an opportunity that comes your way, a change in circumstances.

Because often our lives are somewhat difficult and some are extremely traumatic. I would like you to read this little quote : It comes from Brandon Brays the Journey. She writes:

"I once heard a story that each of us comes into this life as a pristine, pure, flawless diamond. And through the trials of growing up and the course of life's pains, our innate brilliance becomes hidden by a load of rubbish.

Then, when we become adults, we cover the whole mess with a coat of bright, shiny nail varnish. We present this artificial veneer to the world and wonder why no one seems to think it's that extraordinary. Over time, we may even come to believe that the protective shell is who we really are, and we shape our whole personal identity around it."

If we do not create our future,
our past will create it for us.
