Life is so Depressing
Life can be very depressing at times.
I know I have been there. But there is a massive difference
between feeling unhappy and suffering from depression. Western
medicine loves to use "labels" for every type of illness.
I know I have been there too and so do people. We use labels
all the time. Even down to which clothes we wear. Depression
can become a habit same as being bored and unhappy. I remember
my mother once saying when I used to say "I am bored" and she
would say being bored is only for boring people.
People are able to figure out themselves whether they are
actually depressed or not without having someone put a label on
it. Our whole body is made up of energy and our moods change
from day to day so we are never in one state at all times. For
those people who can recognise symptoms of depression within

urge to go down in that dark black hole.
Often people who have depression have very low self esteem and
negative thought patterns. Most of the time people base their
negative feelings on false conclusions, false logic and over

brings about a whole different approach to depressive cycles
that may have been plaguing you for years, thus in turn

can see what is missing in your life in terms of happiness. It
is a bit like unlearning bad habits. It is not a quick fix but
then it took most people years to learn bad habits so its going
to take a while to break that cycle.
