Dark Souls - Healing and Recoving from Toxic Relationships.

I will be launching my book on 4th July 2010 about my journey with a Dark Soul

The story is about my understanding and healing from a Dark Soul Sociopath.

The book cover covers things like personality disorders including Narcissism, sociopathy, psychopathy and  more importantly the spiritual aspectand damage these people do to their victims.

It traces the story of own dysfunctional upbringing  and how it creates Co-dependence and emotional abuse, infidelity, sexual abuse and more importantly how we have to take responsibility for our own part.  Why we attract even more dysfunctional people in our lives in adulthood.

The book evolves and explains how we start peeling those layers away and changing from the inside out, based on my own work the "Butterfly Effect"

It is primarily based on the spiritual path I chose to heal myself, including the inner child and negative core belief work various other forms of spiritual healing. 

I hope that my book will be an inspiration to others that are healing from the abuse of these damaged souls.
