I prefer to work with all my life coaching clients face-to-face, at least for the first visit. However I will do sessions over the phone and by skype if necessary. I meet my private clients mostly in a relaxed therapy type setting or I can arrange to meet you at your home or work.

Most appointments are 60 minutes in length, though it is possible to arrange shorter or longer sessions sessions.

Private clients pay for the first session prior to meeting and we can work out payment arrangements for subsequent sessions after our initial meeting.  I do not usually require clients to pre-pay or sign up for a set number of sessions in advance however I do offer a discount for sessions (see my promotional page).  The frequency and total length of time we work together can vary enormously, depending on the complexity of the issues involved and your individual needs.
