Each consultation I do is uniquely tailored to your needs. Before your life coaching session begins, I will discuss how you are feeling and what you need. I use both my intuition and skills as a life coach that specialises in energy work to better know how you are feeling at all levels of your being. The nature of each session is very individual, since your needs are ever-changing, and no other person is exactly the same.

Each session will take into consideration your own specific questions and intentions for the consultation. Sometimes you may need energy healing which could take the form of acupuncture or learning how to do visualisations through meditation. Other times you may require assistance in figuring out what to do next in your life or how to deal with a particular challenge.

I am here to help you align yourself with your spiritual gifts and higher purpose to feel prosperous and successful in every area of your life. That may include looking for a new career, finding your lifes purpose, or just understanding how your relationships work better.  You will be able to understand the inner messages and lessons to be learned, discover your goals and visions, and find insights into your personal and business relationships. I can help you choose between various possibilities to create the life you always wanted, as I encourage you to see through any obstacles to your desired goals for health, prosperity, and happiness.

Sessions typically require one hour, which allows adequate time to accomplish a basic consultation. When the consultation is complete, I will send you home with homework to continue to do during the week following your consultation. This may be some issues that have come up and can be discussed the following week. At all times I take a proactive approach, where the control is primarily in your hands. There are many ways to change your life and could include dietary advice and referrals to other specialists.
