Your belief system and how it works

As you come to understand your own core beliefs, you finally begin to
notice something very helpful. Today, your unbalanced, negative core
beliefs about yourself are seldom accurate or reliable and often false!

Almost every unbalanced or negative belief seems to be connected in some way with your deepest thoughts or feelings about being:

not good enough (incompetent)
not good enough (unlovable)
unwanted, different
defective, imperfect, bad
powerless, one-below
in danger, not safe
don’t know, wrong

Within that broad belief pattern, however, are many different variations.

How your core beliefs binds your reality

You will miss the truth because you are so busy trying to cope with the
lie. The problem you are trying to lessen is helped to stay put by what you are doing (to stop it).

Yes - you have more than one core belief !!

Deep under the surface, most people have more than one negative belief about themselves. One of these might stand out so clearly that it is easily identified as the ‘core’ belief, however many other people find they have two, three or more such beliefs, varying in strength according to changing situations

We don’t question a belief, we live with it. The trouble with a negative belief is that the more we live it, the more it seems to be true (but it isn’t)

When you feel it by yourself, you can heal it by yourself

Supporting beliefs - two case studies

Resonance - every day of your life
Every day of your life your core beliefs and their supporting beliefs will help you ‘discover’ evidence that seems to prove that the beliefs are really true.

Each day they will help you to have new experiences that ‘prove’ the connection exists and help you avoid experiences that would make it less true.

Each day they will attract people into your life (and attract you to people) who will help ‘prove’ that the connection is still true, while keeping you away from others who might make it seem untrue.

Each day they will help you observe outcomes or results arising from your thoughts and actions that help ‘prove’ the connection is true while you
totally ignore other results that would prove that it was untrue.

Despite all this - they are seldom reliable and most of what they tell you about yourself today is not true!

 

Your inner gifts

Once you stop being driven by the painful side of your core beliefs you begin to experience the positive nature of your real and natural self in relation to that same issue.

The Gods (or the Universe) like to challenge your new beliefs !!!

When you do the work. It is not just ‘something out there’ trying to prove your negative beliefs are still true its just there to prove that your negative core beliefs are no longer serving you.

The universe is challenging your faith, and only those with the strength of will to struggle against the old ways and the courage to maintain their new belief will continue to experience it
