That's right a 20 minute Free life coaching session to see whether or not coaching is right for you.

In this session we will discuss your goals and your dreams, what aspects of your life you want to improve, perhaps your relationship with money, your relationship with your partner, a change of career or boost your self esteem.

BEFORE you contact me for your free session.  Take a moment to jot down a 1 or 2 things you have wanted to change. Especially those things that have kept you stuck for many years. Perhaps you have been stuck in a dead end job for years or in a very unhappy relationship that you feel you cannot leave.

Make a list of all the reasons why you "think" are still doing what you do and then make a list of all the reasons why you would really like to change your situation.
