Planting Seeds for a new future 

With Spring just around the corner I have decided to put together an exciting new programme to help those of you who have been struggling over the last couple of months and may have come out of a relationship with Dark Soul.

I am constantly amazed and humbled by the emails I receive from people all over the world sharing their own similar stories and experiences. Often a problem shared is one that is solved more easily and although one on one coaching is very effective sharing your stories with others helps us really understand we are not alone when it comes to our healing journey.

The recession has hit everyone really badly but those who are healing from relationship abuse may be finding things much more difficult than others. Often we will isolate ourselves in an attempt to heal.  But there is life after a relationship with a narcissist or a psychopath.  It is possible to heal from an abusive relationship.

Having been there and done it and got the T shirt over the last year I have been putting all of my own coaching skills to practice and come up with some practical life changing tools that will help anyone move forwards with their lives. I have decided to call the programme “Planting the seeds for a new future”

I understand that times are tough financially for everyone and even more so for those of us who have been in relationships with abusive personalities who not only have to struggle major life changes but may have financial difficulties as well.
