Meditation
Meditation is a valuable tool that
provides both physiological and spiritual benefits. Meditation
is used to calm and quiet the mind so that and stop the inner
chatter that distracts you so that can connect with your inner
wisdom.
As part of the life coaching process I
will help guide you through the meditation process to help
still the mind and focus you on your goals.
Affirmations
By repeating
positive statements of truth, it is possible to influence
mind, body and spirit and change beliefs that are buried
in our subconscious. Instead of concentrating on
negative thought patterns affirmations help us to
divert our thought to a more positive way of
thinking.
