Core Beliefs
A negative belief you hold (about yourself) that is essentially
"Deep down inside I am not good enough because ....... " There are hundreds of different "because"
endings.
I now incorporate the work of John Nuttings negative core belief
principles and practice voice dialogue in all my coaching sessions
